    Common Core is to have prepackaged curricula, textbooks and test materials that can be bought and taught as a "full meal deal" by any warm, living body.  No need for real teaching skills.  Kids will all have access to a (sub)standard level of instruction that will be "teacher-proof," meaning any creativity a teacher would've used to individualize the instruction actually will be difficult to do.  The results won't fit the prepackaged test, after all, and those tests MUST be done.  

    You watch, in about...oh...five years, maybe eight, after a majority have adopted this stuff, there will be screams about how teachers are failing and students are below expectations.

    Rinse, repeat.  Rinse, repeat. Rinse, repeat...
