    The intro is kind of an individual choice.  I have been using the same one for a few years now, mostly because it is quick and easy and I have gotten lazy.
    Stay calm, it will be fine.  Do not allow posting a GUS diary to be a stress point for your first day of not smoking.  It will be fine.

        I bought the best coffee I could afford and had it in a fancy mug in a different spot at home, and bought foofie expensive lattes and cappucinos for a while at work. It gets even better when your sense of taste intensifies. Breaking old routines and establishing new, "me time" routines as mini rewards for yourself goes a long way to addressing the psychological component of your quit.
