    contracted. It's insane!

if a habitat is flooded, the improvement for target fishes increases by an infinite percentage...because a habitat suitability index that is even a tiny fraction of 1 is still infinitely higher than zero, which is the suitability of dry land to fishes.

    •  and they are sueing for more, what a surprise... (0+ / 0-)

why waste time, a good preemptive challenge to take this out of politicians hands and into judges hands is much better for the Westlands group, they can manipulate and pressure the courts much easier than the people's representatives, as 'hard' as that ever was...

southern central valley is good for a sun farm, a massive sun farm.

That is what should happen, that and the bullet train, that would be leadership.

There is no indication that this isn't a long lasting epic dry period in california history, for the water controllers to promise 100% to these people AND get sued by them when they have promised the 20% remnant to northern calif interests...ok, the Indian tribes basically.. and the wine it makes perfect sense to go legal nuclear right now, why wait?

No water for salmon or MJ growers...and with salmon runs doing well except for the watershed problems, and the doubling of watershed MJ growing, the unregulated water taking and misuse...this is an epic train wreck in slo mo.

      This machine kills Fascists.
