    piece that he linked to was recent--around February of 2013.

    I forgot to bookmark, and I'm not certain of the title.

    Hopefully, splashoil will provide a link to the more recent aritcle.  (Like you, I'm inclined to somewhat disregard a piece that is several years old).

    It also mentioned the dropping of the 'asset test' for Medicaid.  And I do find that very concerning.

      concerning in the ACA.  However for every one of those, there are 10 things very encouraging.

      It would seem that just making the over 55 Medicaid recipient eligible for either early medicare or at least a bronze or silver exchange plan could alleviate some of this.
