    we can handle a Katrina.  I think the EPA is now able to call the shots on carbon pollution.  I think coal is losing ground, oil is no longer the only source of energy we value, the VA isn't being starved or ignored, OSHA is stronger, a minimum wage is not a commie plot any more, our auto manufacturers were slapped into the 21st Century, no one trusts Wall Street or venerates banks, the Job Creators meme is dead, infrastructure is no longer a meaningless concept easily ignored, we aren't rushing into pointless wars or acting as the world's sole police force, women are getting more education than ever before, the social contract is not an abstraction anymore, we're generating an amazing amount of power by green tech.  That's a lot of change in 5 tumultuous years.  

    I'm not looking for a love that will lift me up and carry me away. A love that will stroll alongside and make a few amusing comments will suffice.
