    millions who change "I hate Walmart" as they schlep back and forth to Walmart to buy household goods at the lowest prices around. For people on a limited budget, Walmart is a godsend, whatever issues we may have with their labor or purchasing practices. It's the old Yin and Yang. There's always good and bad to be found in everything.

      But they don't have the "lowest price" on most things.

      Clothes are garbage and rarely last a year if you actually wear and wash them weekly.

      Same for "durable" goods, appliances and such (if you can find them).

      Produce is no cheaper, maybe processed garbage from the mega corps like Kraft or P&G, but not much - since they learned to leverage negotiation.

      And price or not - you will pay the "cost" of doing business with them.

      Cheap cupcake mix for the school bake sale - because they can't afford materials - yes, you pay - "Everyday".
