    I'm 51. White male. Upper middle class.

    I've already had African-American bosses, of both genders. It doesn't matter, but of course the racists, almost all of whom are Republicans, think it does matter. They're obviously terrified, which would be really, really, hysterically funny if they weren't so well-armed and so irrational.

      African American.  He had a great vision for our college and treated faculty really well.  Our current dean, who is white, displays his incompetence and narrow-mindedness repeatedly, and faculty morale is low.

      The color of administrators' skins doesn't matter.  Their vision, skills and leadership do.

      That's one more thing to add to my long list of small problems. --my son, age 10
