  •  Not only movies, Michael. (0+ / 0-)

The State has become a community gathering place.  The theater shows primary debates, high school football championships, NCAA tournament games (when Michigan or Michigan State is playing) and the Metropolitan Opera.

During the Festival, we have free movies at the Open Space, shown on a 70-foot inflatable screen.  We bring a picnic and watch a movie under the stars.

I've been a friend of the Festival and the State since the program began, and this summer my family is sponsoring one of the Festival events.  We love the State and what Michael is doing in Michigan.
