And shouldn't something so nefarious as the IRS thing be done using secret email accounts in underground bunkers in West Virginia?

i'm trying hard to find credible sources for information that i can use to make an attempt to formulate my best educated opinion of the matter from.

here's the horses mouth so to speak:
      Visitor Access Records

if you search for "douglas shulman" you'll find 157 numbered entries.

now that number is apparently the number of times he was "cleared."  i can't find the "official" technical definition of "cleared" but it seems to mean "approved."

from what i understand, the column marked "TOA" means "time of arrival."  now apparently, an entry in the "TOA" column verifies that shulman actually did attend the meeting he was cleared for.  you'll find TOA entires in #s 8, 29, 31, 36, 37, 47, 79, 111, 113, 155, and 157 (that's 11 times).

from what i can tell thus far, not every visit results in a TOA entry, but every TOA entry confirms a visit.
