I think those of you in the younger generations see "cute."

I'm 67.  I see a country bumpkin who needs a bath, a shave, a hair stylist, and dresser who can tailor suits.

The unkempt bedhead, saggy and slept-in-clothes look has been around now for two decades and I've been impatiently waiting for it to go away to be replaced with guys who are bathed, shaved, perfectly coiffed, and dressed well.

Think: late 1950s, early 1960s, or early Beatles look.  Suits or dressy clothes that were cleaned and pressed, shaved faces, nice hair-dos.  Even Elvis Presley looked great (but shattered daydreams as soon as he opened his mouth to reveal he was dumb as a sack of rocks).  Frankie Avalon, Fabian, Bobby Rydell, Dion, James Darren (oooooh, yummy!), Bobby Darin, Paul Anka, Bobby Vee....

I'm sick of attempts to steer this nation from principles evolved in The Age of Reason to hallucinations derived from illiterate herdsmen. ~ Crashing Vor
