    You want a college town? Try one of the Midwestern land-grant institutions.  Greeley ain't.  In fact, Greeley is deep red.

        by a Democrat in the State House.  The eastern, more "univsersity"-ish part.  Most of Greeley west of 23rd Avenue is in a different district, no. 48 to be exact, which is represented by a Republican.
