  •  I annoyed a police officer (5+ / 0-)

some subcontracters I had working on my back yard drove on "his" dirt on an unmarked, unpaved road.

He pulled a gun on them.

    They fled.

    I called him a weenie.

To scared to come to my house himself, he got a couple of cop buddies to come to my house.

I told them I did not drive on his dirt, so they had no legal purpose for being on my doorstep, but he was a weenie for both his original action, and for being too scared to come to my house, and for spending taxpayer dollars to send his buddies over to try and intimidate me.

I guess under this law I would be considered to be annoying.

    •  Being annoying yes. But no physical contact and (0+ / 0-)

not in the course of his or duties.

Never argue with an idiot. They will drag you down to their level and beat you with experience.

you back away and brush against his partner.

I hope that the quality of debate will improve,
but I fear we will remain Democrats.

"...TO HARASS, ANNOY, THREATEN OR ALARM A PERSON..."  that being said the cops always have the advantage of the benefit of the doubt and believed.
