  •  Where did Ellsberg get his J.D. again? (0+ / 0-)

    he is sure it violates the 4th Amendment?  I'm curious what his supporting legal argument is.  This is a complex area of law to be sure, and frankly just shooting hyperbole off the cuff doesn't help.  You see, in the FISA court there is a panel of judges who apparently disagree with Ellsberg and unlike him they have training and experience in the law.

    Now, maybe it violates what he wishes the law were, but does it violate what the law actually is?  Doubtful.
