  •  As medicine starts moving into the realm of (6+ / 0-)

    individualized care based on your DNA combined with electronic medical record keeping, how secure will everyone's medical records be?  How long before employers, private investigators, insurance companies, and government agencies start looking into the realm of electronic medical records?  It is illegal for them to do so now, but give the large sums of money they stand to gain or lose, who knows where and when they will push the line since we know corporations have not ethics.  

    Given in increasingly corporate control of our governmental processes, who know when the push to make access to our medical records will become legal for them?
