    terrorists are criminals, not enemy combatants. eradicate them with policemen, not soldiers.

    this whole drone strike on citizens debate wouldn't even be an issue. when convicted of a felony you lose citizenship rights. set up a court for terrorism charges only, give them a window to inform them and have them reject showing up, carry out a jury trial with a reasonable burden of proof (not a grand jury indictment), terrorists get convicted in absentia, lose their citizenship. done. people will raise a stink about trials in absentia but that is an improvement over targeting civilians labeled as enemy combatants with deadly force after the equivalent of an indictment.

    and while we're at it, we can stop calling all adult males enemy combatants when authorizing drone strikes.

      issues.  I am astounded that a 16 year old boy was such a threat to the United States that he had to be assassinated.  A strong country does not need to do this.

      You have exactly 10 seconds to change that look of disgusting pity into one of enormous respect!
