    Data mining, decrypting and analysis tools like PRISM used by NSA et al are not defeated by more tidy code.

    If you are worried about credit card hackers with keystroke loggers attacking you because of sloppy code exploits, these measures would be valid to a point, but the methods used by NSA do not depend on exploits, but rather, superior code and massive resources.

    I'm not trying to discourage people here from protecting themselves, but would not like them to be lulled into a false sense of security where it does not exist.
