Wonderful pictures and great Massachusetts spirit.

It does the heart good to see Ed Markey step in for all of us when we need him - so let's see the voters Step Up For Markey on June 25th!

      (You're up early!)

I think we're going to win but nobody on the campaign is complacent. I'm resigned to not having much free time until the election, but it's only 12 days.

was no surprise to me, my dear - I just knew you'd be there yesterday! Taking us all along in style too!

Up early? Ugh, yes. Cat walking all over me at 4 am will do it.
Also the great-grand wasn't feeling so hot, so had to see my son off at 6 to look after her while dear daughter wound up the school year - and her career - as an Early Learning Center teacher today.

        •  Usually I don't go (0+ / 0-)

to events with the President. We haven't had many here, but he's been in New Hampshire a bunch of times. The crowds, the lines, etc., is enough to keep me a way. But I did want to see him live and in person at some point and this seemed like a great opportunity. Despite the long wait I'm really happy I went.

Busy day there, huh? My wife's ending her first year as a full-time teacher in a Boston high school. She's going back next year but she's so tired there's a part of her that would like to retire right now.

And to all the teachers who pour so much of themselves into the daily challenges they face and endure with grace. I know all too well that a teacher's summer is all too short - make the most of it!
