    The cDNA analogy would go, you take a newspaper, and for every cat story, you put in a dog story, for every cop story, you put in a fireman story, etc, because cDNA is based on the pairing among the nucleotides.  The thing is, since those dog and fireman stories exist, it wouldn't be hard for the original newspaper company to print the same newspaper.
