    but they should be encouraged to acknowledge the harm in some way to bring the pressure and weight upon the abuser. It can't and shouldn't be a witch hunt but some public way to ease their pain and at least keep the damned in sight.  We have several journalist that document gun killings each day, why not some sort of ongoing media acknowledgement of the event.  Story telling could go a long way to help heal and keep the assaulters in the open.  

    I am not saying the law is a bad idea, but is it about the money for the victims or about healing.  It is never too late to speak up to the harm being done.  Keep people asking questions and observing.
