    is just another of the cynical and dishonest deflections used by the administration's defenders.  It ignores the way the political process operates and contravenes one of the other playbook themes- change happens slowly.  On the one hand we are told we can't demand too much because "that's not how politics works," but then are told that we are at fault for the lack of change.  It's patently offensive and should simply be ignored.

    I think we need to make a concerted effort to just step around these people when they stand in our way.  There is no value to engaging them because, as I have pointed out, they cynically are only interested in maintaining the status quo.  I say ignore the defenders wholesale, rally the troops of those who are like-minded here, and continue to educate and agitate the general public to fix these anti-democratic actions.

    There will always be those who oppose us, those who are afraid to engage the fight, and those who pretend to be allies, but only to throw a wrench into the works.  They do not deserve our attention.
