    were presented with a candidate who even brought up the outsourcing as a political issue. Was it Ross Perot during the 1992 debates, or '96? Other than that... ?

    There's a lot of issues which are excluded from public discussion. For instance, in the last election which candidate or media raised the issue of the rampant criminality of the banker people; or that they are buying our politicians.

    Hard to blame the people when the people are pretty much excluded from any meaningful say in most policies.

      And remember all of the partisans around here screaming "there's nothing to see here!  Move on!" when it came out that the Obama campaign was telling the Canadian government "Nah, we said that, but it's just speechifying, don't listen to it.  We'd never get rid of NAFTA."

      And now we've had 5 years so far of Obama Administration and turns out the Canadian's were telling the truth: Obama was lying to us.
