The Left is using selective data to deceive.

In 2006........I was one of the 37% Dems opposing.  On 2013, I am still opposing for the same very reasons.  Too much of our private information are sold, used, traded and exposed by various entities.

The 37% who objected in 2006 were Strictly against Warrantless eavesdropping and searches.  In 2013.....No such thing for the Courts are involved.

In 2006.....Many on the left were screaming for the Courts to be involved.  For the Congress to have an oversight and those things were changed to comply with those demands.  Facts matter.  Selective numbers ginned up to fit a particular narrative......Dems support Dem POTUS in 2013 and in 2006 Dems disapproved for GW Bush.  Facts matters.

      can you clarify?

2006 and 2013 are diffent in the sense the courts ar einvolved, though FISA court seems to say yes to everything.  But yes, courts vs no courts.

dems support Obama and did not support Bush on this.

so what do you mean "The Left is using selective data to deceive"? what are you referring to?
