    as some think. In his dissent to Lawrence v. Texas, he did note that same-sex marriage was the only reasonable end-point of the ruling.

    While he clearly hates SSM with a passion, the question is this: will he contradict his own dissent? Much as he was on the losing side in LvT, his logic tracks clean: with homosexuals like myself recognised as being just as citizen-y as any other citizen, is not same-sex marriage the logical ultimate step?

    I don't think he'll break ranks, no - but I do think there's a somewhat higher chance than you seem to.
