    Suppose a pregnant woman goes into labor at 21 weeks, which I think is the earliest point of viability for a fetus.

    Then, the doctors can do nothing but help expel the fetus, because there is no hope of survival for it, the miscarriage is too far along.

    Then, the insurance company refuses to pay all expenses for the woman because they say she deliberately aborted with the physician's assistance.

    I can't help but think this could happen, exposing the woman to financial stress and to possible retaliation from "pro-life" people here in Pennsylvania, or elsewhere.
