    privacy when one is beyond the boundaries of the US, from a US Constitutional perspective.  The protections of the US Constitution only apply territorally within our borders.  However, they do not apply only to US citizens within our borders.  With a few exceptions, most Constitutional protections apply to citizen and non-citizen alike, so long as the person is within the jurisdiction of the US.

    With the Decision Points Theater, the George W. Bush Presidential Library becomes the very first Presidential Library to feature a Fiction Section.
