  •  I must object to tornado defense in OK (6+ / 0-)

There are just not enough rich, important people in OK to justify spending money on "improved safety". We all know commoners are a waste of money.

I think this is just another cheap liberal move to expand the nanny state and waste money on "infrastructure" and "public safety" while taking the focus off what is truly important to Americans: Benghazi, Tax Cuts, and protecting the unborn fetuseses.

    •  And that situation with PG&E is shows us why (0+ / 0-)

So they cut some corners to save costs and a few deaths were involved. Nobody likes death but, really, $2.5 billion because of it?

I am glad they'll get some of their honestly-earned dollars back from this liberal hoax.

Just keep the pressure on eliminating 'birth control" and abortions and we'll have PLENTY of commoners to spare.

This is a capitalist country and you can't have things both ways: what do you want< rich corporations or living commoners?

      •  The $2.5 B was for fixes, not fines (0+ / 0-)

AFAICT and they get back $900 M, so out of pocket is $1.35 B for fixes they need to make which will create jobs. What's not to like?

What stronger breast-plate than a heart untainted! Thrice is he arm'd, that hath his quarrel just; And he but naked, though lock'd up in steel, Whose conscience with injustice is corrupted. King Henry, scene ii
