    I saw the list of the items he bought--mostly at dollar store. It reads like a list of what a kid likes. Grape jelly and peanut butter. Two large bottles of root beer.

    Okay, he also bought beans and rice, which are good things to eat--more so if it is brown rice, but I doubt the dollar store has that.

    What his items didn't include: anything resembling fresh fruit or vegetables.

    He's willing (he says) to live on this food for a week. Live on it for longer than that, and some kind of serious chronic illness is guaranteed.

    One more thing about what he bought: he clearly likes the Farm Bill, because his choices are skewed to all the industries that get the giant subsidies, like corn, sugar, wheat, and none toward those who produce the healthiest foods, like veggies and fruits.

      who would be happy to live on cookies popsicles, and root beer. Not saying they're healthy though...
