    considered as hazardous waste. I believe they are starting to look at it that way, but it has an exemption, one of those Halliburton loopholes, that allows it to be shipped to regular landfills in the mean time.

    Horrendously, and Horace Boothroyd III reveals it here, Pennsylvania DEP allows some of this waste to be buried on site, folded into a liner. So much for restoring the site.

    I don't want fracking in Pennsylvania and I sure don't want our waste to go anywhere else, especially NY where people have been fighting so hard to keep fracking out. And Ohio where our nasty liquid fracking fluids are pumped into injection wells.

    I wish it were all just a bad dream.
