    the closing of Exodus International might be that Alan Chambers could have been caught in a "compromising position," like Larry Craig was?  Either that, or was their business becoming unprofitable?

      The peddling of their sort of hate was no longer profitable enough to sustain their 'ministry'.

      So, time to change hats (hates?) and hang a new shingle in order to bring fresh monies their way.

      Just my opinion on it.

      Never argue with a fool, onlookers may not be able to tell the difference.

        (tax-free) religious organization which will claim to help gays and lesbians harmed by "ex-gay therapy" as provided by organizations such as Exodus International.

        So many haters... I think there is still plenty of $$$.

        Maybe he just figured out one of his kids is gay and is terrified what the movement would expect him to do with them?

        He also openly admits he has same sex attraction that tempt him, but he manages. So maybe he and Mrs Chambers aren't quite as happily married, foresaking all others, as he might want us to think.
