    so what? Does that mean that the majority of our speakers should be straight, white men?

    I want our public face to be not only who we are, but who we want to be. I have been a political person for a very long time and except for the years in the women's movement, there have always been reasons for why men are the people making the speeches.

    Can DK be different? Can men and women be allies in an effort to change this culture?
