    There is no The Legal Lynching Act of 2013.  

    No bill can be signed secretly by a governor.  A legislature must pass the bill first.  

    The grain of truth in this article is that NC's Republican governor and legislature repealed an act which gave death row inmates a legal means of challenging their sentences.  

    This has nothing to do with Juneteenth or lynching.  That's  extreme hyperbole from the NAACP memo.

      It is not bogus to point out the real world implications.  Couch it in any terms you want.  The real world implications will still be there.  

      By the way, I won't lose any sleep if some teabagger fuck jumps through ass crying "they're saying bad things about me".
