    In matters involving classified information, that's nearly impossible.
    In a real world, it's possible though for these leaks to open the door. People, I would say, now have a reasonable chance to prove standing. We know about Verizon and so forth.

      The ACLU is filing suit against the government on precisely those grounds: we're Verizon subscribers, we now know the government is spying on Verizon subscribers (they can't argue "it's classified" when asked the question), so now they can get redress from the courts.
