  •  Don't forget he's running for Lt Gov under (6+ / 0-)

the Cooch. The Cooch has a bit of legal baggage at the moment.

This guy would be thrust into the governor's office should Cooch not be able to finish his term! Does he think he'll be sitting in a rocking chair sipping mint juleps under the colonnade?

Ewww Jackson would set this state back 200 years.

    •  What's the Reader's Digest version (6+ / 0-)

of Kookinelli's troubles?  If we weren't trying to hold back the tide of wingnuttery down here, I'd make the three-hour drive to Roanoke to help you guys out.

      •  Gee, where to begin? (8+ / 0-)

He had prior knowledge of now Gov Goodhair receiving illegal donations from a businessman with interests before the state legislature. Illegal donations to his family members and a Ferrari for personal use.

Cooch turned a blind eye and instead brought suit against the University of Virginia to end climate change research and collection of data.

Cooch made available to a gas exploration company (fracking) one of his (our) state attorneys for legal consultations and advice at no charge, pro bono, for the campaign contributor.

Then, there's his war against women's health and abortion.

The fight isn't only here in Roanoke and Southwestredneckistan. But here is where I am and where I do most of my work.

You should try to join us in Asheville, July 20th for a day of chillin and grillin. See Dave's diary here.

I'm picking up another DKos personality 9ish in Greensboro. If you'd like to car pool from there let me know. I'll have two empty seats so there'll be plenty of room and civil companionship.
