    But a background check from the same people that introduced alongside a gun ban is far less popular.
    Which explains why Colbert-Busch got trounced in an election she was up by 9 points only 2 weeks before the election & why the only legislators facing recalls are those that supported it.

    Those who would sacrifice liberty for security deserve neither.

      Just like others who are absolutely sure that it's already illegal to drink and carry, that it's already illegal to sell a firearm to someone under the influence of alcohol.

      Except the actual laws don't match up to "theoretical laws" or "common sense."

      Fewer than half the states prohibit sale or transfer of a firearm to someone who is drinking or who has been drinking.
