    I dunno. Seems almost like a lot of very private data is sort of circulating around under vague security policies between the corporations, the government and all these contractors. It's no wonder that a hacker group was able to somehow pull data from millions of Apple user accounts from one party or another participating in this thing.

    Chinese military hackers probably just treat the whole thing as a sort of unguarded supermarket for private data about the West. It's open 24-hours a day and, if you want something, you can probably just go in and take it without anyone noticing.
