      has been the only one to flat out say no to it. Other hedgers in general are Mark Pryor and Max Baucus.

      The idea of a potential gang that deals the nominations separately, splitting executive from judiciary, could splinter some who are worried about judges: both Californians, Mikulski perhaps, a few more. This is where it gets kind of dangerous.
