    •  I could only see maybe 2 (3+ / 0-)

McIntyre and Rahall.  I don't think Matheson, Barrow, or Peterson would go for it this time.  All Republicans save for Ros-Lehtinen and Hanna would vote for it.

In the Senate I don't think it would even get Manchin's vote.  As for the GOP, obviously Kirk, Portman, and Murkowski would be noes.  Maybe Collins would join them but I think the rest would vote aye.

      •  Peterson (1+ / 0-)

        and Lipinksi.

I think Matheson would be pressured into voting for it. Same with Barrow.

A few other Republicans would vote nay. At least one Jersey Republican if not two, and perhaps some from the west coast like Walden.

Republicans who voted against the gay marriage amendment would vote no?

a lot of them are still around, ranging from sorta-moderates like Rodney Frelinghuysen to not-really-moderates like Mario Diaz-Balart.

Living in Kyoto-06 (Japan), voting in RI-01, went to college in IL-01.
