    Asking him to actually apply consistent constititutional law principles rather than legislate his morality from the bench is not going to happen

    He was always a liar about his views

    They aren't about the consitutions. they are about his conservative ideological beliefs

      •  Both he and one two other conservatives (0+ / 0-)

        are old enough that in a decade we may not have to worry about a conservative bench

        Right now, if you look at the votes, its essentially about replacing his vote, kennedies or thomas

        you get rid of one of those and the conservatives are done

          5-10 years IMO. Assuming, of course, we can hold onto the WH & senate.

          Which is why, whatever problems I have with Obama & Dems, I will continue to vote for them and tell everyone to as well.
