    city officials and expressed concerns about this CIA/FBI/NSA "cooperation"?  

    What if we ran for city office?

      these days if the plutocrats (and their political party minions) are not supporting you. Not impossible, mind you, but not easy. Your point is taken, though: What other choice do we have but to loudly make our voices heard and to try to get into the system to change it from the inside?

        with this interference.  Cooperation should mean inter-agency meetings, not infiltration!

        There is a ground swell of people who are not tickled pink with this lack of privacy and snooping.  It's creepy, and that's something most of us can agree on.
