    She didn't need, nor was she qualified to have, a court interpreter. If her attorney, or the state, thought she needed one, they could have arranged for that. Indeed, she chaffed at the notion that she had a problem with English. See Villanova Rhode's comment below.

    Her English is fine...that was apparent in her testimony today, and very apparent in the recorded interviews.
