    The vacancies on the federal Judiciary, epecially the DC Circuit Court of Appeals, are a national scandal.  
    The Senate has a Constitutional duty to consider nominees to the federal judicary and vote them up or down.
     Clarence Thomas was confirmed by a simple majority, 52-48, despite serious concerns about his fitness for office, especially to fill the shoes of Justice Thurgood Marshall.

    There's no such thing as a free market!
