    I very much enjoyed it.

I love visiting Florida. The plant and animal life are exotic and beautiful and the warmth can be a nice change for this winter-adapted Midwesterner.

But lawn care would drive me away. Good grief! I have thus far smugly avoided turning lawn care into some obsessive hobby like my neighbors do. I can barely keep up with a base level of mowing and the species composition of my small lawn harbors more ---ah---  biodiversity (thats the word) than what is otherwise socially responsible (peer pressure suggests this).

I'll take the snow and ice.

Thanks for reading and for your kind words.

Heh.  Biodiversity in lawns/garden beds - that's a perfect politically correct description.  I love it ;)

Enjoy your Sunday without the snow and ice.
