    - haven't seen anyone complain about their own voting rights being infringed by all the regulations and restrictions that preclude children and teens from voting.  And we have effective law enforcement that separates those under age 18 from their natural temptation to cast dangerous ballots.

    Yet, even thought it's against federal law to transfer a handgun to anyone under the age of 18, we have all these shootings by children and teens who get their hands on an unsecured handgun.

    Whose rights are infringed by sloppy, negligent gun owners who leave their deadly weapons unsupervised or play with their deadly weapons when they are under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
