  •  Court kills Wal-Mart Code of Conduct (in Germany) (none)
According to Financial Times Deutschland, a court has ruled Wal-Mart's german Code of Conduct (correct translation?) unlawful, because it limits worker participation and infringes privacy (requiring mandatory drug-testing and forbidding flirting between colleagues, for example).
It left in effect only those parts, which are "formulated so broadly that they are not binding", like protecting the environment.

Any chances in the U.S.? Can privacy concerns be used against it?
