    Quitting the Democratic Party means dropping your role in determining what the Party does.  In our political structure, for better or worse, there are two viable parties.  Dream all you want about a new progressive third party, or joining the Greens, but it's not going to happen.  Changing the Democratic Party's focus won't be easy, but that's how political change happens.

      That is a new one on me.
      I understand your focus on the Democratic Party but at the end of the day, alienating those who vote doesn't look like much of a strategy.

        I'm saying he's making an error in his strategy, and i'm going to build my efforts to change the Party the way I think it should be by working with those willing to work from the inside.
