    my court, the kinds who are homeless some months and in housing other months.  ID is a huge problem for them - I recognize that many of them have bigger problems than voting, but those kind of folks will just be in deep shit when it comes to these new laws.  It's hard to get those documents when you don't even have a consistent address :(.
