    It appears they attempted to reopen but were unable to staff the place.  Meanwhile the Yelp battles continue but it appears deportation may be their next battle

      I can't believe anyone would work there unless they were totally desperate. There are things in that contract that can not be legal.

        against the owner are legit and he did not inform ICE of his convictions and other "irregularities", he could be on his way out.

        Interesting side note is that I found an assertion (completely without any sort of proof) that the bakery is really a money laundering operation and not a real business which is how they can continue to operate as they do.

        I dunno about the assertion but I do remember the examples of pizzarias and a plant nursery in the past which were found to be money laundering operations for various groups and, at least in the case of the nursery, the way the business was run was fantastically incompetent
