    I think they are trying to get this challenged on Constitutional grounds so they can take it to the SCOTUS.

    They believe, with some truth, that the activist judges on the right wing court will side with them and force their religious views upon the entire country by overturning settled law in Roe/Wade.

    We cannot allow the Presidency to fall into Republican hands or the court will take away ALL of our rights.

    Am I alone in this fear?

    To be a Republican, you have to believe that our economic problems are caused by the poor having too much money and the rich not having enough.

      These wing nuts have been plotting and pushing their extreme beliefs since the 70's.

      And what the hell will happen in 2014 when they take the Senate?

      They just might have votes in the House and Senate to override a presidential veto.

      And then they could accomplish two things- getting more of their agenda through and taking down Obama and any legislation enacted since 2009.

      Scare the crap out of me.
