    When the Environmental Protection Agency abruptly retreated on its investigation into water contamination in a central Wyoming natural gas field recently, it shocked environmentalists and energy industry supporters alike.

      Is there a magician in the room?
      EPA keeps coming close to exposing the dangers of fracking, but then magically dropping their own cases.

      Coincidence? ProPublica explains: http://bit.ly/...

      don't trust 'em to be secure or free of malware. Experience backs me up, so I quit.

      •  i was "broke in" on twitter during Libya ... (3+ / 0-)

        same applies there - every and all precautions in place, severely limited/fully vetted follows. it really was vital.

        too many important groups/people are using FB and i'm aware of the irony. it's Peter Piper's dream world, with bigger/smaller better/sneakier traps -- but i gotta walk in this morass so i do. nothing is risk-free at my age ;)

        i do despise that FB will not remove my mother's page.
        she died last year. i can't delete cause i don't know pw.

        but THANKS. i have a superior backup registration with the nifty geniuses at app.net, where i'm finally broke in ;)

      * good one. *
      350.org added a photo from July 1, 2013 to their timeline with this quote:

      Alan Jeffers, ExxonMobil: "We take great objection to the characterization of the work we do as somehow immoral."
      Oh really? You take great objection? To being called immoral?

      That's funny, Exxon. Here are some things we take objection to: corruption of democracies around the world, tar sands pipelines that spill, and trillion dollar gambles with our future.

      Want to make Exxon mad? SHARE this and say exactly what you think about them and their immoral business.

      http://www.bostonglobe.com/... and thanks to 350 Massachusetts for this great article.

      i shared their post with my subject: "Well, Sorrrr-RY!"
