so that the exchanges can get full priority.

They are nearing the testing phase from what I hear.

Test the crap out of this thing, fix the errors and then roll it out.

"The key for the Obama administration is the federal exchange, because so many of the states refuse to put the exchanges in,” Dean said. “If the exchanges work, Obamacare will not be a liability” for Democrats.

If more people receive coverage and are satisfied with it, then continued broadsides against the health-care plan will hurt Republicans, Dean said.

“Come about February of 2014 there are going to be a tremendous number of people who have health insurance who don’t have it today,” Dean said. The political impact will be “pretty quick, like much quicker than before the election.”

because this was a political ploy to help Dems in 2014, it must be good, LOL!

      Jeeezzz!

This is exactly the thing that will allow right-wingers to motivate their conservative base to flood the polls in droves in 2014.  [As though they need it considering all the recent debacles --NSA, IRS, etc.]

One of the largest protestant churches in our state happens to adjoin a property of ours.  And commencing on July 1, they in conjunction with just under fifty other area churches, started 4-night a week phone canvassing.  The Youth Director says that they will extend this to nightly (except Sundays) beginning October 1, 2013.  They are already organizing their "teams" to conduct in-person door-to-door canvassing, beginning in October.

Worse yet, they plan to extend their canvassing network to include other "conservative" denominations in the Fall.

And instead of taking on social issues (like the recent Supreme Court ruling), they are going to concentrate their efforts on "government spying" (his words), the IRS and the ACA.

Throwing quotes like Dean's around on TV and Radio Business Channels will likely just fuel their fervor to put an end to the ACA, before it's fully implemented.
